We’ve made a brand new selection of our favourite homes, and this May we’ll be opening the doors on style with the Livingetc House Tours 2015, in association with Arlo & Jacob.
The events take place over three separate days, offering exclusive access to up to 22 homes in North, West and Northwest London, and supports a worthy cause – Crisis, the national charity dedicated to ending homelessness.
Once you’ve booked, you’ll be sent a map of the houses plus a description of each of the homes, which span a range of cool modern design styles (including one with an underground disco floor!).
Don’t miss the Livingetc House Tours:
• The BEST source of inspiration for your next project
• Take an exclusive look around a selection of London’s FINEST homes
• Have a fun day out with friends
• Support Crisis, the homelessness charity
• Enjoy a lovely goodie bag including a free copy of Livingetc
How It Works
On each House Tour you will visit seven to eight homes, from modern apartments to period townhouses, between 10am and 4pm.
• North London - 8 May
Whichever your style – naturals, monochrome, colour-pops or eclectic – there is something for everyone in the North London House Tour. Seven amazing homes are spread between De Beauvoir to Canonbury to Highgate.
• West London - 15 May
Pared-back living to a disco floor, a pink kitchen, exposed brick walls and statement wallpapers. Come and see these eight impressive homes, stretching from Notting Hill to Fulham.
• Northwest London - 12 June
Large-scale, light-filled and the widespread use of glass sum up many of the seven homes on the Northwest Tour. Don’t miss the range of styles – from minimal to decorative to eclectic – in these homes which are located from Hampstead to Kensal Green.
The Livingetc House Tours are self tours, so you visit the homes at your own pace, using your own transport. The events have been planned to enable easy travel between each house by public transport or car.
About 10 days prior to each event, you will receive a map of where the homes on the House Tour are located, a description of each of them, where to start, a recommended travel route, plus where you can purchase a subscription to Livingetc at a special rate.
If you have been on the Livingetc House Tours before, you may have visited some of the homes on show already. Check for details of these below.
Tickets are strictly limited and likely to sell out fast, so buy now for an inspiring day out for you and your friends.
Shortly after buying tickets, you will receive an email confirmation of the purchase. This is your ticket to Livingetc House Tours and you must print it out and bring it with you, in addition to the map sent to the postal address provided. When you start the House Tour at the first house, you’ll be asked to show your ticket, the completed security form found on the back of the map and a means of identification to permit entry.
Maps, including transport recommendations, will be sent out ten days before the event.
Unfortunately, there is no wheelchair access and we are unable to provide mobility support at any of the homes.
This is a self tour and therefore no transport is provided between the homes.
All participants must be aged 18 or over (sorry, no babies or children allowed).
We reserve the right to amend or alter the houses or routes offered if dictated by circumstances beyond our control.
Homes you may have visited previously
We want to make sure that you are just as delighted with the House Tours as we want you to be, so hope this information will help if you have been on the House Tours before. The homes we are bringing back in 2015 are fantastic houses and many have had a refresh, so there will be plenty more to see.
If you came along in March 2013 to the North London event, there will be three homes on show that you may have been before. If you visited in 2012 then there is one home that you might have seen. There will seven houses to see in 2015.
If you joined us in 2012 for the West London event there are two homes you’ll see again, and if you did the West London event in 2013 there are two homes you’ll see again. There are eight homes to see in the West London 2015 event.
If you joined the House Tours in 2012 on the North London event there is one home you’ll see again and if you did the West London event in 2012 there is one home you’ll see again. There are seven homes to see in the Northwest London 2015 event.
